BLACK STAG WEB DESIGN
Privacy & Tracking Notice
Last updated: October 24, 2026
This notice describes how Black Stag Web Design handles information on blackstagweb.com, including website inquiries, referral details and Google Ads and the Meta Pixel used for measurement.
1. Who to contact
Black Stag Web Design operates this website. For questions about this notice, information you have submitted, or privacy requests, email blackstagwebdesign@gmail.com.
2. Information you choose to send
When you submit our Website Checkup request form, we receive the details you provide. These may include your name, business name, email address, phone number, website address, what help you need, how you prefer to be contacted, your message and your agreement to be contacted about the request.
The request may also include information about how you reached the page, such as campaign tags (UTM parameters), a Facebook click identifier (fbclid), the landing page and form timing data used to handle and protect submissions.
We use this information to respond to your inquiry, understand what service you are requesting, operate the lead intake process and protect the form from misuse. The form is submitted through a service hosted by Supabase. If you use a separately linked Google Form or another external service, that service's own privacy practices also apply.
The Checkup form's contact-consent checkbox is permission to contact you about your request. It is not a separate opt-in to Google or Meta advertising tracking.
3. Google Ads, Meta Pixel and website measurement
Our website uses the Meta Pixel (Black Stag Web Design Website dataset, ID 2289161921865343). When a page loads, it attempts to send a PageView event to Meta. After a Website Checkup request is accepted successfully, the page also attempts to send a Lead event.
Our website also uses the Google tag for Google Ads. It helps measure visits from ads and attempts to send a conversion event only after a Website Checkup request is accepted successfully. We do not include your name, email, phone number or message in that conversion event.
Google may receive page addresses, ad-click information, browser and device information, network information, cookies or other identifiers for advertising measurement. Read Google's Privacy Policy and how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
These events help us understand traffic and measure whether our advertising leads to an inquiry. The Lead tracking call does not intentionally include the details you type into the form, such as your name, email, phone number or message.
Meta may receive browser and device information, network information, page addresses, referral details, cookies or other identifiers associated with those events. Meta processes this information under its own privacy terms and may use it for measurement and advertising. Read Meta's Privacy Policy for more information.
Current behavior: Google and Meta tags are set to load when our pages open; this site does not currently provide an on-site advertising tracking consent or opt-out switch. Privacy tools or browser settings may prevent it from running.
4. Website services and outside links
Our website is served through GitHub Pages and may load fonts from Google Fonts. The Website Checkup form uses Supabase-hosted infrastructure for submission processing. Service providers involved in delivering the website or processing a request may handle technical information necessary to provide those services.
Links to Facebook, Instagram, Google Forms and other outside websites lead to services we do not control. Review their own privacy notices before sharing information there.
5. Your choices
- You can browse our website without submitting the Website Checkup form.
- You can use your browser's cookie and privacy controls, tracking protection or extensions to limit tracking, and clear stored browser data.
- You can review advertising preferences through Meta Accounts Center.
- You can email us to ask about the inquiry information we hold about you or request access, correction or deletion, subject to applicable legal or business-record requirements.
6. Retention and changes
We keep inquiry information for the purposes described in this notice and for legitimate business, recordkeeping or legal needs. Specific retention periods can depend on the records and service providers involved. Contact us if you have a question about information from your inquiry.
We may update this notice if our website services, tracking tools or information-handling practices change. The date at the top will indicate the latest revision.
